URL: Address on the web.
instead of using the IP address (which is only numbers, ie: “192.1.1.0.2”), the easy to use URL points to the server.
The URL must be pointed to the ‘servers’, so that your browser can be ‘served’ the code that is stored under that address on the server.
Your ‘browser’ on your personal computer, phone or other device translates all the code from the server based on the “URL” that you requested.
